Ingredients
chopped tomato
finely chopped lettuce
chopped red onion
chopped chicken
feta cheese
crushed nut-thins
salt
pepper
parsley flakes (or chopped fresh)
splash of olive oil
splash of red wine vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss
I just make this in individual portions normally, so add as much of each ingredient as you personally choose. Add seasonings to taste.
