Normally, I wake up in a rush. Every week day I wake up and try to get outside as quickly as possible to start burning some of Kale's puppy energy before I leave for work. Whenever we have a rainy morning, there isn't much I can do to play with Kale. So, instead I take a morning for myself. It is really a great way to start the day by opening your hips and stretching your back first thing. I sit in an office all day so this start really helps keep me feeling better throughout the day. If only I could wake up early enough to take Kale outside for a jog AND have a morning yoga flow before work.
As you can see, the second my mat hits the floor Kale is on it. I should start laying out two mats, one for each of us. :)
