Greek Chicken Salad

My sister, Keely, always makes this. SO YUMMY!


1 roaster chicken pulled apart
black olives (rough chop)
curly parsley
feta cheese
olive oil
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper

Combing all ingredients and toss
The original way to eat this is on a toasted tortilla, you may do that with a corn tortilla, but my favorite way to eat this is just with nut-thins (as usual).
