Gluten free banana bread!!

3 Bananas (or 2 if very large)
1 stick of earth balance (can use 1 stick butter)
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cups brown rice flour
3/4 cup soy flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup plain yogurt
Chocolate chips (nuts if preferred)

Combine all ingredients then pour into greased bread pan. I sprinkle cinnamon and sugar the crust before baking. Bake at 350. If you combine all ingredients into one dish, you will probably bake for a little over an hour. You can also split into two smaller pans.
