"Healthier" No-Bake Cookies (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free - RAW)





Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flax milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients. Make sure coconut oil has been melted or is a liquid consistency. 
  • Spoon out mixture and drop onto wax paper. Allow to harden before serving. Store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
